Job Overview
The Manager, Account Management will focus on the Circa product line and will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 Account Managers to retain an existing customer portfolio by ensuring renewal success and retention, as well as grow revenue through upsell and cross sell activities. In this critical role, you will also manage projects across multiple stakeholders to improve processes and help implement innovative solutions.

You're a strong leader, communicator, listener, and problem solver who can connect business strategy to team goal achievement. You are assertive and display high emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, and diplomacy, can simplify complex ideas, and you drive others to act. You're tech savvy, collaborative, and willing to go the extra mile for your team and customers and you are good at developing strong relationships. You adapt well in a fast-paced environment, you're highly self-motivated, and able to adopt new concepts, tools and processes quickly and explain them to others.
You either have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience, plus 5 or more years of experience in B2B account management. You've probably experienced a high workload in the past, as well as had exposure to leading from within your team. You may have also formally managed, mentored or coached other team members to help them succeed.

You will lead and drive success within your team to support organizational goals. You'll keep in regular contact with each Account Manager, supporting them with their assigned books of business and helping develop their skills and professional development.
