Job Title: Integrated Logistics Specialist - II (Associate)
Duration: 6 months
Fully remote position – Can be located anywhere in the US
Responsibilities:
The MMD (Client Manufacturing Division) Human Health team is looking for an additional Export Customer Service/Demand Analyst. This role will support a planned uptick in export requests from the US and Canada.
In this exciting role, you will work with the manager and a team of 5 export customer service specialists to support the following duties:
Manage documentation –
1. A. Document creation
2. B. GTS Export Documents - Packing list, Shippers letter of Instruction, Commercial invoice
3. C. NAHUB Flight Details
Product Information A. Accessing Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
Create Credits and Debits A. Intercompany Return Process / Overcharge or undercharge
Invoicing
4. A. Add Freight Charges (as required)
5. B. Cancel a Billing (as required)
6. C. Change the Output to a Billing Document (as required)
7. D. Create a Billing Document
Sales Order Creation, Tracking and Monitoring
8. A. Create, confirm and update Sales Order (as required)
9. B. Price, quantity, material, Inco terms, sold to, ship to
10. C. Coordinate confirmed ship dates with site warehouse personal
11. D. Provide final documentation to customer
12. E. Invoice, packing list, AWB, flight details, CoA (as required)
STO Monitoring and Control
13. A. Coordinate confirmed ship dates with site warehouse personal
14. B. Provide final documentation to customer
15. C. Invoice, packing list, AWB, flight details, CoA (as required)
Monitoring and Control Open orders (Sales orders/ Stock transfer orders)
16. A. Ensure correct ship date, Routes displayed, quantity aligns, ship to address correct
17. B. Communicate with counter parts in various regions to align orders (LA, EMEA, ASIA PACIFIC)
Monitoring New Lanes
18. West point site B

20. C. Elkton site
21. D. External manufacturers
Qualifications
22. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred – Associates Degree considered with commensurate level experience.
23. 3-5 years of experience in the following:
24. Pharma industry experience - familiarity with pharma industry terms and operations
MUST HAVE
25. SAP experience - ECC & GTS Modules - in the context of Customer order management
26. Previous Logistics experience knowledge
27. Strong coordination & planning skills are required
28. Extremely strong/confident communicator – This resource will be working with several different/diverse groups of people.
29. Strong attention to detail
30. Must encompass a strong customer service mindset
31. Supply chain management experience – Knowledge of supply chain
32. Previous Logistics/Export customer service experience
33. Understanding of Air freight forwarding is a big plus
34. Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
35. Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional/global teams
36. Strong understanding of SAP “order to cash” process
