KBW Staffing and Recruiting is partnering with a local fast-growing service based organization to help them hire an Accountant to join their expanding accounting team. This is a full-time Permanent role that will report to the Controller.

Responsibilities for the Accountant include:

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Payment processing: Review incoming payments an apply ACH, Wire or Checks to accounts; updating accordingly 
• Assist with vendor outreach for accounts payable and receivable discrepancies 
• Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance, Bachelor's preferred 
• Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Exposure working with QuickBooks, Sage or other similar accounting ERP's
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant accounting experience
