Job Description:

Your Selling Guide by Nikki Kirk is looking for a detail-oriented full-time Executive Assistant to join our team! We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to work directly with the Nikki
Kirk to manage schedules, daily tasks and keep long-term projects on track. This is a highly strategic position, where tasks and routines will transition quickly and strong versatility is a must.
The ideal candidate must have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

● Complex calendar management including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.

● Understand all key dates, commitments, and complexities of the CEO’s calendar.
● Utilize Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media, blog posts, and other marketing materials with the company style guide.
● Manage the distribution of content by posting blog articles, images, and other media to platforms like Pinterest and Facebook.
● Conduct research to gather information for blog topics, proofread and edit posts for grammar, style, and consistency.
● Travel purchases and itinerary planning, including catering arrangements as needed.
● Communicate internally and externally on behalf of the CEO - must have the ability to relay the CEO’s vision and mission with all correspondence.
● Provide support during live events, including scheduling and creating events online and in-person and support throughout.
● Personal and professional task management - to include items such as research, shopping, purchasing gifts, etc.

Requirements

● Highly organized and able to multitask
● Self-driven and proactive nature
● Experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Gmail
● Experience using Wordpress, MailChimp, and Canva is preferred
● Excellent written and oral communication skills required
● Customer support experience or equivalent with a genuine desire to support customers with the highest level of quality and accuracy
● Experience as an Amazon and online or retail arbitrage seller is helpful but not required
