What You'll Do:

1. Identify, prospect, and pitch potential sponsorship partners for LakfeFest Oakland live events and digital content (e.g., social media, original series, and livestreams).
2. Develop creative sponsorship packages that align with partner objectives while highlighting Lakefest Oakland unique value proposition and engaged audience.
3. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies to drive long-term partnerships.
4. Negotiate and close sponsorship deals that align with revenue goals.
5. Collaborate with our marketing and events team to ensure successful execution of sponsorship activations.
6. Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools.

Requirements
