We operate in 15+ markets annually and partner with leading spirits brands, restaurants, and cultural creators.
As we continue to scale, we’re hiring an Event Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing, ticketing, and sponsor deliverables across multiple cities.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing role supporting the day-to-day marketing operations of our events. The Event Marketing Coordinator works closely with our events, partnerships, and digital teams to ensure campaigns, ticketing, and sponsor commitments are launched accurately and on time.
This role does not include people management or travel and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Ticketing Execution
- Build and manage event listings across ticketing platforms (Eventbrite, Ticket Spice, Bucketlisters, or similar)
- Support ticket on-sales, promotions, updates, and last-call pushes
- Maintain accuracy across dates, venues, pricing tiers, and event details
Email Marketing
- Execute multi-email campaigns per market (pre-sale, on-sale, reminders, last call)
- Manage timelines and coordinate content with internal stakeholders
- Ensure quality control across all outbound communications
Website & Digital Coordination
- Update event pages with sponsors, schedules, activations, and city-specific information
- Maintain consistency across website and public-facing platforms
- Support landing pages and post-event recaps
Sponsor & Partner Fulfillment
- Track sponsor deliverables including logo placements, listings, and mentions
- Support pre-event setup and post-event reporting
- Coordinate internally to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled
Post-Event & Reporting Support
- Assist with event recaps, photo/video organization, and internal reporting
- Support follow-ups with partners and internal teams

Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience supporting event marketing execution, including ticketing, email campaigns, website updates, and sponsor deliverables
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Experience managing ticketing platforms (Eventbrite, Fever, Bucketlisters, or similar)
- Familiarity with website CMS tools and updating live event pages
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar creative platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear communicator with a proactive, execution-focused mindset
