Director of Marketing (Part-Time, Remote)
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to help grow our healthcare consulting and revenue cycle management (RCM) company. This part-time W-2 role is perfect for someone experienced who enjoys working in a small, fast-moving team. You’ll focus heavily on bringing in new clients, increasing brand awareness, and supporting sales. You’ll manage one team member and work closely with our Logistics and Sales Directors. This role includes a base salary plus commission based on marketing-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness
- Increase our visibility in the independent healthcare market.
- Create clear, strong messaging for private practices, specialty clinics, and surgery centers.
- Build relationships with industry groups, influencers, and publications.
- Improve our marketing funnel so more prospects become clients.
- Create landing pages, lead magnets, and content aimed at healthcare decision-makers.
Digital Marketing
- Run paid ads on Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook with a focus on ROI and lead conversions.
- Manage website content, SEO/SEM, and social media to support client acquisition.
- Create email campaigns for prospects, partners, and referral sources.
Events & Thought Leadership
- Plan and run webinars, online events, and conference activities.
- Coordinate hosted or sponsored events to boost brand recognition.
- Work with experts to create white papers, blogs, and case studies.
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and support the Marketing Coordinator to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Manage outside vendors (designers, ad agencies, PR firms).
- Track results, analyze performance, and update leadership regularly.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience (3+ years in healthcare consulting or professional services preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred).
- Strong experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
- Able to think strategically and execute tasks independently.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable using data to make decisions.
- Works well in a small, startup-style team.
Work Environment
- Part-time (about 20 hours per week).
- Fully remote with regular virtual meetings.
- Must be comfortable working on a computer and using secure software.
- Mostly normal business hours, with flexibility for deadlines.
- Occasional travel or longer hours for events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
