What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Let’s be real — this is the heart of the company’s growth. Your job is to bring in customers.

Here’s how you’ll do it:

1. Cold Calling & Outreach
2. Call local businesses, property managers, offices, banks, HOAs, realtors, restaurants — all the places that need cleaning.
3. Follow up with leads and build warm relationships.
4. Set up walkthroughs for the owner
5. Social Media & Online Marketing
6. Post regularly on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and local FB groups.
7. Boost posts and run basic ads.
8. Create simple graphics/flyers using Canva.
9. Respond to messages, comments, and leads fast.
10. Lead Generation
11. Search “looking for cleaner” posts daily.
12. Reach out to real estate offices, apartment complexes, dentist/doctor offices, retail shops, and small businesses.
13. Promote both our residential and commercial services.
14. Bring in 1–3 new customers per week (goal).
15. Tracking & Reporting
16. Keep a lead spreadsheet updated.
17. Communicate weekly results.
18. Track who booked, who said no, and who needs follow-up.

Pay & Structure

This is a 1099 contractor role, paid monthly.

Compensation:

1. $350 monthly base (depending on experience)
2. commissions for each new client you bring in
3. bonuses for hitting weekly/monthly goals
4. Your success directly grows your income.
