Digital Marketing Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a growth-oriented digital marketing coordinator for a small, fast-growing, US marketing technology company. The position is 100% remote and based in the US (in-office) or South Africa (fully remote). This is a full-time, salaried position that will work with both our sales and account management teams. Working hours are from 6 AM 3 PM CST (-06:00 GMT), with one hour for lunch, Monday Friday.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

Primary

  1. Onboarding new customers for our online AI solutions (exciting new products coming!) and then handing off to Account Management.
  2. Manage our external SEO vendors.
  3. Develop performance reports for our existing customers and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Publish blogs, social media and other content assets to WordPress-enabled websites each week.

Supporting

  1. Supporting the sales team by developing new collateral and other sales materials.
  2. Support company's internal, external, virtual, and physical events.
  3. Manage external research vendor.
  4. Develop relationships with industry publications, influencers and existing company partners.
  5. Working on super-secret new product marketing launches with our CEO (we have an entire pipeline of them).


WHAT YOU BRING...

  1. At least 2 years of digital marketing experience is required.
  2. 1+ years of digital marketing experience (minimum)
  3. Must have intermediate or better mastery of Google Analytics and MS Excel (this is an analytical and detail-oriented person, not a creative)

-Must present well to customers/internal staff - written, oral, and presentation skills

  1. You are Internet savvy and social media literate.
  2. You’ve managed corporate social media campaigns, at least at an intermediate level.
  3. You are a wizard at publishing content to WordPress-based websites and optimizing them for maximum visibility.
  4. Any experience with exhibitor booth development or webinar event management is a bonus, but not required.
