This position is hybrid - 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive experiences while managing social media across our network.
• Monitor online communities, troubleshoot, and engage with customers adeptly.
• Leverage expertise in social media best practices, web analytics, and SEO for healthcare.
• Translate user behavior insights into impactful design choices.
• Utilize graphic design fundamentals for powerful visual communication.
• Lead hands-on in crafting cutting-edge digital solutions.
• Manage external supplier relationships effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design/interactive media (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in web and interactive media design and enterprise-level social media management.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, ASP, PHP, .Net, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO, and content management systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and visualization skills.
