Role Vision

 


 

The Content Creator and Projects Manager (CCPM) is responsible for the results obtained on social networks, advertising campaigns, and the company's digital branding. Their main goal is to create and maintain regular content with a focus on social channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), culture celebrations, and the company's website. The ideal candidate will be someone who is warm, outgoing, with strong camera and editing skills. This creator is expected to post daily content as well as create videos for internal presentations. THE CCPM stays on top of local events at each of the Million Air FBOs, supporting promotions. The CCPM is a highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. The role keeps the entire Million Air Interlink team on tempo through keeping the brand's digital presence lively, managing special projects, keeping manuals and listings current, and in house admin support.

Essential Functions

  • Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) on social media channels
  • Create videos for website and social channels
  • Digital and print brochure creation
  • Create Million Air digital and print ads
  • Write content for Million Air Magazine
  • Maintain Million Air TV platform and keep content fresh
  • Keep company branding guidelines up to date
  • Create and source branded promotional materials
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with Million Air locations, teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Write internal monthly newsletter
  • Help coordinate internal and external events ex. training, etc.
  • Oversee new location startup checklists
  • Keep up-to-date location's listings on Million Air website and aviation listing websites
  • Manage account set up for Million Air's internal resources
  • In-house administrative support as needed
  • Help with ordering, managing inventory and mailing marketing materials

Experience/ Qualifications

  • Aviation experience preferred but not necessary
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Minimum two years hands on experience in content creation
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite programs
  • Must include creative portfolio in application
