Duties:
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
- Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy
- Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for clarity and accuracy
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Experience in video editing, photography, or web design is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online advertising is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
