We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Executive Director to lead our childcare center. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering an inclusive, stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Vision: Provide inspiring leadership and direction to all staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality early childhood education programs. Ensure these programs meet the developmental needs of children and align with state and federal regulations.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and retain a highly skilled team of educators and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and encourage professional development.

Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, community groups, and stakeholders. Represent the center in various community events and outreach programs.

Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the center’s budget. Ensure financial sustainability through effective resource allocation, fundraising, and grant management.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to childcare and education. Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational or childcare setting. Experience in program development and staff management is preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and community. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in early childhood education or administration are a plus.
