Job Description:

This dynamic, hardworking company is looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help us meet the demands of our growing business. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Cincinnati location.

 

We have found successful candidates with experience working with a smaller company who understand an office's accounts receivable process and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience performing multiple job functions (AR/AP and office duties).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall billing process from the creation of invoices manually or editing automatically generated invoices to the distribution of invoices to our customers via email or submission to customer portals
  • The subsequent collection of past due accounts
  • Ensure complete and accurate billing, including customer-specific billing requirements, are met
  • Process incoming customer inquiries and resolve the issue
  • Receptionist
  • Manage Purchase Order process
  • Initiate new employee orientation and paperwork
  • Manage office supplies/ordering
  • Manage site uniform supplies/ordering
  • Maintain credit card statements and receipts
  • Assist in the Reconcile Wash Bay and assist with POS transactions
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to the regional and corporate office
  • Provide support to the sales, operations, regional and corporate managers
  • Provide backup to satellite offices' billing associates
  • Provide backup to the Corporate AR department and assist with collections
  • Assist in other general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a high volume, fast-paced customer service environment required
  • Accounting billing software experience required
  • Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hours: Monday-Friday business hours 7:30 am-4:00 pm
