MARKETING COORDINATOR (Luxury Apartment Communities)

The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of the Balaciano Group marketing team, and a key contributor to the marketing and branding efforts across Balaciano Group's real estate portfolio. This position requires the ability to market apartment communities of varying sizes, as well as Class A, B, and C properties, with a consistent level of professionalism and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator can are categorized into three core areas:
Generating Traffic to Our Properties’ Websites
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Identify and implement strategies to improve the search engine rankings of our properties’ websites.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Drive lead generation through online PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google and Instagram.
- Internet Lead Service (ILS) Marketing: Acquire new leads and boost conversions through targeted ILS marketing strategies, including Zillow, Apartments.com, Rent.com, and more.
- Email and Postcard Marketing: Develop strategic email and postcard campaigns and use precise tracking methods to understand lead conversions and improve future emails and postcards.
- Google Analytics: Leverage Google Analytics to analyze data and guide informed decision-making for marketing improvements.
Improving Our Properties’ Online Reputation and Prescence
- Website Management: Oversee and enhance the company’s websites using the Yardi Site Manager platform to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Online Presence: Ensure all online listings across platforms, including Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, and more, are optimized, accurate, up-to-date, and professionally represent each property.
- Social Media: Manage social media accounts, creating strategies to grow, engage, and retain followers while maintaining consistent brand representation.
Special Projects & All Other Marketing Related Tasks
- Special Projects: Handle various projects, including creating one-off marketing campaigns, designing and ordering leasing brochures, managing model-unit staging furniture, developing building signage design, and more. Organization and creativity are key to successfully completing these tasks.
- Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create and maintain marketing assets supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities:

What You Bring To the Team:
- At least 2 years of experience in multi-family marketing.
- 2 years of experience with Yardi Rent Café, preferred.
- Experience in web design/management, specifically WordPress-based websites.
- Experience posting and tracking ILS spending and performance.
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Site Manager, and CRM (preferred).
- Knowledgeable in MS Office.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Familiar with industry-standard print production requirements.
- Possess strong conceptual skills in typography, visual hierarchy, and color correction.
- Excellent creative and technical writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working under pressure in time-sensitive environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable of social media trends.
- Self-driven and able to effectively communicate creative ideas.
- Collaborative in a multi-team environment.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional, self-motivated, and responsive to feedback and critique.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, In-person.

Pay: $31.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
