St. Pauly Textile Inc. is a growing essential business looking for an assistant manager to help oversee our local operation. The assistant manager will work closely with the manager to help coordinate and lead by example with non-CDL drivers, who will also perform general laborer duties. Our team works daytime hours, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work.

We're building a locally staffed 15 person team with a fleet of 5 trucks that takes pride in servicing our clothing collection shed partners throughout Albany and the surrounding areas. Our team is supported by a family ownership group, strong management team, and long term customers. Skills & Responsibilities:

• Drive a Non-CDL box truck
• Load and unload bags of clothing
• Help maintain and service all clothing shed locations
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Perform assigned tasks according to policy and procedures
• Promote and follow safety guidelines
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more consistently
• Able to lead in a team driven environment

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Prior leadership and/or management experience
