About The Role

Account Managers are integral members of our client success team. They provides leadership and guidance to clients throughout our programs to ensure the client has a great experience, key milestones are met successfully and the client achieves their desired results.

They excel in pushing clients forward to achieve their goals while building strong relationships throughout the process. When the program is complete, the Account Manager will aim to retain/upsell the client into another program.

Account Managers require a high caliber of professionalism and communication skills to connect with others. Not only should they exceed at coaching, problem solving and building relationships, but also be highly skilled in sales and have significant experience as a real estate agent, broker or team leader OR have significant experience in a complimentary industry such as mortgage or insurance.

This position is full-time and remote, meaning you can work from anywhere you’d like. Our official company hours are from 9am - 5pm EASTERN TIME, however you have some flexibility to build your schedule in a way that suits your lifestyle as long as you're meeting expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee multiple clients at various points in the program (60 clients max at a time)
  • Managing the client journey from Onboarding to program completion using tasks, deal stages and notes in Hubspot
  • Actively support clients through text and phone/zoom call w/ 24 hour MAX response time
  • Sales coaching in a group and 1o1 setting for clients.
  • Providing feedback on client call recordings and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Check-in with clients periodically to provide accountability, check progress and offer support
  • Accurate documentation of the client journey in hubspot w/ 1x/wk progress updates
  • Help provide general support in our community group
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes to make the client experience better
  • Collect testimonials
  • Assist operations with collections if needed
  • Putting together a report for the Client Success Team Lead so they can gauge the overall health of clients

What Makes You A Fit (***REQUIRED***)

  • At least 100 closed transactions as a real estate agent (or 5 years experience in a complimentary field such as mortgage or insurance)
  • Experience coaching or leading a sales team with a history of meeting company sales targets
  • Experience using outbound phone calls to convert internet leads into sales
  • Strong personal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong sales skills, you have no trouble having sales conversations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly dependable. Able to meet delivery dates.
  • Do what you say you'll do.
  • Be coachable. Be willing to learn from other people who’ve excelled in your role before you.
  • This is not an easy job, but it pays well. You have no issue working hard.
