## Job Overview:
- Set up appointments and find potential clients
- Convince business customers and establish relationships
- Gather customer information, source new business opportunities, and submit reports
- Assist sales team in managing sales and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain sales prospecting database
## Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, cold calling, telemarketing, or telesales
- Proficient in MS Office, Google apps, and CRM (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to adapt to new tools and software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Xero website, etc.) and email verifier software is a plus
## Ideal Candidate:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to think on their feet and articulate value proposition
- Experience in copywriting, social media, and marketing is desirable
## Note:
- Only open to Colombian citizens or residents
- Temporary WFH setup initially, with plans to move to on-site work in Colombia office once established.
