Job Description:

Remote within Customer region (WI, MI, OH, IN, IL, MO, IA, MN, NE, KS, ND, SD, CO, WY, UT, MT, ID, OR, or WA)

Education/Certifications: Associate’s Degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related

Years of Experience: 2+ years as UI/UX Designer or front-end developer

Clearance Level & Investigation: NACI; U.S. citizenship

Qualifications:

  1. Requires Associate’s Degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field, with 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in front-end development.
  2. Must have proven expertise in analyzing user interface flows to optimize user experience.
  3. Requires experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Visio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DAX programming (DAX experience highly encouraged); familiarity with wireframe tools and design software within DoD environments.
  4. Must possess strong portfolio of design projects showcasing UI/UX capabilities, with up-to-date knowledge of design tools and methodologies to create effective and user-friendly interfaces.
  5. Requires strong communication and time-management skills, with ability to work independently in self-starting environment while delivering high-quality results.
  6. Role may require up to 25% travel or TDY.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement out-of-the-box software bots to automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency and enabling HR to focus on strategic assignments.
  2. Ensure successful deployment and seamless integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions with existing systems.
  3. Conduct testing and debugging of software bots to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
  4. Maintain high level of data confidence throughout process automation lifecycle.
  5. Collaborate with Data Analysis team to share technical specifications for database setup and delivery, ensuring optimal support for current and future process automation deployments.
  6. Contribute to creation and maintenance of organizational RPA best practices and standards.
  7. Document technical processes and specifications to support knowledge sharing and future development.
  8. Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies and advancements within Command footprint, sharing insights with Data and Business Analysis teams.
  9. Streamline user interfaces within automated processes to ensure functionality and efficiency meet acceptable standards.
  10. Design graphic elements such as icons, buttons, and images, and build navigation components like menus and search bars to enhance user experience.
