[Duties/Responsibilities]
- Develop social media accounts, oversee daily operation and user relationship maintenance, and social media advertising that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social accounts, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Collaborate with overseas teams to execute social media and marketing plans
- Establish relationships with members, tap into the needs of potential customers, guide users through various channels, and direct traffic to relevant social accounts.
- Manage a high volume of daily social media posts
- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Expand KOL cooperation resources according to social media promotion needs.
- Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
- Analyze data to come up with updated online promotion plans
- Work with different business interface systems and people across different regions and time zones.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to develop comprehensive social campaigns aligning with company goals
- Collaborate with the content and video production teams to create highly-engaging media
[Required Education and Experience]
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Social Media Management and Development
- Experience working with multinational teams is a preferred
- Must be familiar with the operation methods of various platforms such as Instagram and TikTok and capturing hot spots
- Experience with the social ecology of major overseas markets and have KOL resources
- Intermediate PC skills including email, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage time to meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
[Relevant Work Experience]
- Experience working within the automotive or tools and equipment industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver, PhotoShop and related software.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
