We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Ecommerce to join our team.

The Senior Manager of Ecommerce is responsible for leading the growth and optimization of our clients' Amazon and Walmart businesses, supporting the retail media advertising management, managing the customer’s ecommerce presence, and developing high-level strategies to achieve revenue and business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, with a specific focus on Amazon, but will also support Walmart ecommerce platforms as needed.

If you are selected for this role, you will see how our values, listed below, shape our culture and are our foundation for success.

Core Values:

  1. Accountability: we take ownership of our actions, learn from our challenges, and consistently deliver on our commitments to foster a culture of trust and excellence
  2. Grit: putting the pedal to the metal, overcoming unknowns and, ultimately, getting stuff done
  3. Sustainability: create business value and sustainable impact
  4. Dedication: commitment to fostering long-term success by cultivating lasting relationships, and ensuring growth benefits for both our company and our partners

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  4. Oversee the development and enhancement of brand stores on Amazon and Walmart, optimize product listings, and use data-driven insights to implement strategies that improve sales performance, customer experience, and business growth.
  5. Client Business Growth & Relationship Management
  6. Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a strategic partner, providing detailed performance analyses, and driving actionable strategies to expand business opportunities and meet growth targets.
  7. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  8. Train and guide teams on ecommerce best practices, foster cross-functional collaboration for operational efficiency, and contribute to a culture of shared success with potential future leadership responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, or related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in omnichannel retail or ecommerce, with a strong focus on Amazon.
  3. Proven experience managing ecommerce businesses, including product content management, SEO, and UX best practices.
  4. Expertise in Amazon advertising (PPC, AMC, DSP) and Walmart Connect ad solutions, including campaign execution and optimization.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive business decisions.
  6. Executive presence with strong organizational, presentation, and leadership skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
  7. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on achieving measurable business growth.
  8. Proficiency in tools like MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, and ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Connect.
