The Role

This is not a basic posting job. You are both creator and storyteller. You’ll manage our social channels, create digital images and videos, ghostwrite in Shay’s voice, and publish blogs that position us as industry leaders. You’ll balance the 70/20/10 content framework (value, promotion, proof), sell without being “salesy,” and craft content that builds trust, community, and conversions.

Your scope includes social media management, content creation, graphic design, ghostwriting, blog publishing, and media placement support. You’ll ensure our brand is consistent, compelling, and always one step ahead.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, design, and publish daily social media content (Reels, carousels, posts, stories, captions).
  2. Create digital images, branded graphics, and social ads aligned with luxury brand aesthetics.
  3. Edit videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and ads.
  4. Ghostwrite content in Shay’s voice for captions, emails, and thought-leadership articles.
  5. Write, edit, and publish weekly blogs on the company website.
  6. Pitch and adapt blog content for media platforms (Medium, Thrive Global, industry outlets).
  7. Build and manage a content calendar that integrates social posts, blogs, and PR initiatives.
  8. Implement the 70/20/10 content framework to balance value, selling, and proof.
  9. Track analytics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and refine strategy.
  10. Collaborate with Marketing Manager, PR, and design team for aligned campaigns.
  11. Stay current with social trends, SEO, and content best practices.

Key Metrics (KPIs)

  1. Social posting consistency: 2–4 posts/day.
  2. Blog publishing consistency: ≥ 1/week.
  3. Follower growth and engagement rates.
  4. Website traffic driven by blogs/social.
  5. Conversions: app downloads, funnel opt-ins, program applications.
  6. Media pickups or placements from blog/ghostwritten content.

Compensation

  1. Competitive salary (DOE).
  2. Performance bonuses tied to engagement growth, conversions, and media placement success.
  3. Growth path into Content Director / Head of Brand role.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  1. Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  2. Proven experience creating scroll-stopping social content.
  3. Excellent writing skills — ghostwriting, storytelling, persuasive copy.
  4. Blog writing + SEO knowledge.
  5. Ability to match brand voice with precision (Shay’s tone: empowering, direct, aspirational).
  6. Fast, consistent executor who thrives under deadlines.
  7. Experience with publishing on websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS).

Nice-to-Haves

  1. Prior ghostwriting for a coach, entrepreneur, or thought leader.
  2. Familiarity with PR/media placement processes.
  3. Knowledge of social ad creative strategy.
  4. Video editing for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
