TSV is partnering with an innovative Health Tech company in the Prior Authorization space to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer. In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges—diagnosing issues across the stack, optimizing database performance, managing cache strategies, and elevating overall application reliability and speed. We’re looking for someone who can set the technical bar for the organization, collaborate closely with Product, and confidently take over feature ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, investigate, and resolve software issues across the front end (Kendo UI, JavaScript) and database layer (stored procedures, query optimization).
2. Conduct root‑cause analysis and write advanced SQL queries to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, performance bottlenecks, and application slowdowns.
3. Optimize stored procedures and cache mechanisms to improve execution speed and system efficiency.
4. Monitor, debug, and maintain applications running in Azure Cloud to ensure reliability and scalability.
5. Develop and implement performance‑tuning strategies, including indexing and partitioning optimization.
6. Manage cache‑clearing strategies to prevent stale data and improve responsiveness.
7. Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and QA to maintain a stable, high‑performing system.
8. Conduct thorough code reviews and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent future issues.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of hands‑on Full Stack Development experience in Health Tech or PBM.
2. Advanced experience with SQL, Kendo UI, JavaScript, and Azure Cloud.
3. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, performance tuning, indexing, code review, and cache management.
4. Strong ability to write complex SQL queries to diagnose and resolve database‑layer issues.
5. Ability to develop systems and patterns to measure both individual and team output.
6. Strong analytical skills and a detail‑oriented approach to solving performance‑related issues.
7. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a high‑growth startup environment.
