Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Content Coordinator who will serve as the digital steward for both the Hinabi Privé house and the personal brand of our co-founder, Pat Villaceran. In this role, you will craft meaningful digital experiences that reflect our philosophy—creating content that feels authentic and lasting, even in a world driven by fleeting trends.

Your Mission

1. Storytelling Over Scrolling
2. Embrace the philosophy of “Depth Over Reach” by creating content that rewards viewers who slow down and truly engage.
3. Brand Stewardship
4. Safeguard our visual identity—defined by restrained luxury, tactile textures, and the quiet elegance of “the silence between notes.”
5. Founder Brand Synergy
6. Coordinate storytelling across both the brand and Pat Villaceran’s personal platform, balancing poetic mystery with visionary leadership.

What You Will Do

1. Cinematic Production
2. Edit high-quality short-form videos that feel cinematic and film-inspired—favoring shadow over exposure and grain over digital smoothness.
3. Sonic Curation
4. Integrate Hinabi Privé’s original Spotify soundscapes to create content that “scores lives” rather than follows social media trends.
5. Visual Restraint
6. Apply the brand palette of Deep Forest, Midnight, and Parchment, reserving gold only for intentional highlights.
7. The Hinabi Voice
8. Write captions and narratives with the tone of a thoughtful host—warm, poetic, and authoritative without being loud or trendy.

2. Strong sense of visual composition—favoring asymmetry, intimacy, and the confident use of shadow and negative space.

4. A natural connection to atmospheric soundscapes and the ability to edit video with deliberate, cinematic pacing.

6. Strict adherence to the brand’s typography system (Libre Baskerville and Inter) and background hierarchy.
