SEO Manager
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can lead a team and handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. You should be strong in keyword research, content optimization, link-building, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with writers, developers, and marketing teams to improve rankings and follow SEO best practices. Strong analytical skills, good knowledge of SEO tools, and a results-focused mindset are required.

Tasks
- Lead and mentor the SEO team, providing feedback and performance reviews
- Manage department operations, workloads, and timelines
- Create executive summaries and performance reports for leadership
- Stay updated on SEO trends and use insights to guide strategy
- Work with leadership to set and track department OKRs
- Set up new SEO clients with ranking reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Monitor marketing performance for assigned clients and handle analytic requests
- Quality-check new campaigns for accuracy and completeness
- Update SEO tasks like adding keywords, updating Google Business Profiles, checking analytics, and fixing website issues
- Write SEO-friendly copy to improve website or ad results
- Review Local SEO reports and provide recommendations
- Claim and update Google, Apple, and Bing business listings
- Request or configure access for Google Analytics and Search Console
- Perform keyword research based on client goals
- Provide content and SEO recommendations (titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt text, landing page updates, etc.)
- Manage search engine tools like XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Search Console alerts
- Monitor and analyze analytics dashboards and highlight key insights
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies (content updates, citations, link building, blog comments, etc.)
- Update images and text on client websites
- Use Salesforce workflows for task management and documentation
- Assist with marketing content such as blogs and post scheduling
- Track and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs
- Work closely with the marketing team on joint campaigns
- Help measure the success of advertising and communication efforts
- Report on KPIs like leads, conversions, and website traffic

Experience
- 5+ years in SEO
