Our customer, an AM Law 100 firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager. This role requires managing multiple projects, engaging with stakeholders, and consistently exceeding expectations in execution.

Duration: 6 months, with the potential to extend

Hours per Week: 40 hours per week

Location: Remote, US

Rate: $50-60 hourly on W2

Key Requirements (Must Haves):

1. Oversee project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
2. Facilitate meetings, design agendas, and drive team collaboration.
3. Manage scheduling and calendaring with MS Outlook, ensuring seamless coordination.
4. Utilize MS CoPilot and other tools to summarize meeting notes and streamline communication.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
6. Strong expertise in project management (focus on strategy, not just tools).
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, engage with stakeholders, and consistently exceed expectations in execution.
8. Good experience with Intapp, Elite 3E, Windows 11, CoPilot, and Visitor Management System.
9. Willingness to work across time zones, primarily aligned with West Coast hours.
