Job Description:

The Senior Advertising/Media Buyer Manager role is tasked with managing a team of 1-3 Junior Media Buyers expected to deliver extraordinary results for direct response marketing campaigns for our clients. In this role, you will work directly with our team and clients to assist both stakeholders in building successful marketing campaign strategies, tactics and assets alike.

This role is consultative as much as it is technical. Succeeding in this role will require you to be adaptive, organized, efficient and proactive in delivering exceptional results while educating team members and clients along the way to ensure their success.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We’re seeking experienced Senior Advertising/Media Buyers. You will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and will have experience working with coaches, consultants, and service providers. You will work closely with clients to plan, coordinate and execute effective marketing campaigns. You must have a EXPERT LEVEL understanding of Lead Generation for service businesses, sales funnels, conversion rate optimization, and direct response copywriting skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Strategize and plan advertising systems for various products/services for Conversionly DFY clients
  • Develop and implement advertisements, funnels, and systems to ensure the success of advertising programs
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-8 media buyers and marketing virtual assistants for the DFY services
  • Coach, consult and lead jr media buyers and team to be a high-performance direct response marketing team for clients
  • Oversee and manage advertising systems for DFY clients to ensure CPL and CP Appt are within KPI
  • Reports to the Head of Media Buying

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and plan advertising systems for various products/services for clients
  • Develop and implement advertisements, funnels, and systems to ensure the success of advertising programs
  • Coach team and clients on lead generation programs, best practices, and troubleshooting, etc.
  • Develop and manage team members for lead generation program fulfillment
  • Up-sell clients into DFY services after their 12 week program is complete

Key Performance Indicators:

  • DFY Lead Generation Services with a 90% success rate for clients
  • Cost Per Lead, Lead Volume, and Optin Rates within KPI for Clients
  • Cost Per Appointment, Appointment Volume, and Booking Rates within KPI for Clients
  • Client Up-sells into DFY Lead Gen Services: 25%+ of all clients at end of 12 week program completion

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of FACEBOOK/META paid advertising experience.
  • 3+ years of GOOGLE SEARCH paid advertising experience.
  • Mandatory to have current experience with large advertisement budgets ranging from $50/day to $5,000/day ad spend.
  • Ability to think for yourself and make adjustments without being told.
  • A keen eye for detail and "knowing what the people want to see. "
  • Confident, assertive, results-driven, self-starter, and able to self-manage and interact with a marketing team.
  • Proven experience profitably driving high-volume lead generation customer acquisition funnels
  • Robust analytical skills and ability to work with and analyze a large volume of complex data
  • Ability to listen and ask perceptive questions that ensure understanding of core issues, business strategy, and vision.
  • Ability to provide constructive criticism and set proper expectations for team and clients
  • Extraordinary communication skills; demonstrated ability to write, listen and articulate in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure
  • Experiences with online business coaching/consulting
  • Experience with local/regional lead generation campaigns

DESIRED (not required by nice to haves):

  • 5+ years of GOOGLE/YOUTUBE paid advertising experience
  • 1+ years of TIKTOK paid advertising experience
  • Experience with ClickUp
  • Experience with Marketing Platforms like Go Highlevel
  • Experience with automations, zapier, and other marketing tech softwares

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
