What you bring:

AI & GenAI Innovation

1. Design, build, and scale Agentic AI applications and AI/ML solutions that solve high-value business problems.
2. Lead the development of Generative AI, LLM, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
3. Push the boundaries with autonomous agents, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.

Engineering Excellence

1. Turn prototypes into secure, scalable production systems.
2. Build robust APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for end-to-end ML delivery.
3. Drive best-practice MLOps, CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud-native deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Collaboration & Impact

1. Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to deliver high-impact AI products.
2. Identify new AI opportunities and shape the roadmap for enterprise-wide adoption.
3. Act as a thought leader in advancing AI capability.

What You Bring

1. A commercial mind and passionate for using AI to add true business value
2. Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM-based applications.
3. AWS Sagemaker, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face)
4. Cloud expertise with Snowflake & dbt
5. Back end MLOps experience (Docker, FastAPI, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure/GCP).
