Role Description This is a full-time, remote Script Writer role responsible for crafting compelling scripts for short-form and long-form video content across various platforms. The Script Writer will work closely with creators and internal teams to understand goals, audiences, and brand voice, then translate these insights into clear, engaging narratives. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts, outlining story structures, writing and revising scripts, and adapting content for different formats and platforms. The role also involves collaborating with video production teams, reviewing edits to ensure script alignment, and optimizing scripts for viewer retention and platform-specific requirements. The Script Writer will help maintain content quality, consistency, and creativity while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Qualifications

1. Strong scriptwriting skills, including Scriptwriting, Scripting, and Screenplays, with the ability to craft clear, engaging narratives for diverse formats.
2. Experience collaborating with Video Production teams, understanding how scripts translate into visuals, pacing, and on-screen storytelling.
3. Excellent Writing skills, including grammar, tone, and storytelling structure, with the ability to adapt voice and style to different creators and platforms.
4. Proven ability to research topics, audiences, and trends to inform script concepts and optimize content for digital and social media platforms.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and revise content efficiently.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a remote, creative environment.
7. Prior experience in digital content, social media, or creator-focused environments is preferred.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Creative Writing, Media Studies, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
