Reports To: Director of Sales / VP of Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy, team leadership, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for developing sales plans, managing team performance, and identifying growth opportunities in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, forecast future sales, and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and develop promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and market insights.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–7 years of proven experience in sales, including at least 1–3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or professional certifications in sales or marketing.
