Responsibilities:
- Create a deep target market analysis of potential revenue opportunities.
- Generate and maintain customer relationships through vast communication networks.
- Create a sales matrix on how to saturate our networks.
- Participate in and assists at exhibits, demonstrations, and meetings.
- Maintain call records, follows up on leads, contract proposals and inquiries, and makes this information available to management through compliant use of CRM.
- Advise management of all changes in assigned territory/segment which can affect operations.
- Resolve any customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Help customers solve problems, provides technical assistance and guidance as needed and informs customers on new product developments.
- Follow and maintain appropriate office and company procedures, policies, and etiquette.
- Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements.
Role Description:
We have experienced rapid sustainable growth and are looking to continue our success through an experienced sales executive. This assignment is designed to increase our touches in our core target markets and saturate our service offering across the Midwest. We are currently operating in 14 states across the Midwest covering the largest metro and rural areas.
The person enlisted for this position will have the ability to create their own path and processes within the framework of the vision of our mission. They will have a voice in strategic actions and need to be driven by a competitive desire to execute. They will work closely with the executive management of a small company including the owner. The person will take the initiative in creating a professional sales platform to be used across all company locations and for future expansion in several of our subsidiaries.
The role will be measured utilizing qualitative and quantitate data to help penetrate underserviced markets within our dedicated freight environment. A connection-based network will propel the applicant to success in expanding current contracts and obtaining new proposals for future work. Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and strong advocacy for our stakeholders will further compound the success of the individual in this role.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
