Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing project management support to the Kaiser Permanente dedicated Vizient team. You will lead the work of project team members by requesting and coordinating internal and/or external resources. You will monitor and identify project risks, issues, and trigger events. You will also be responsible for ensuring the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of project stakeholders. You will assist in the review of vendor performance levels, ensuring service level agreements are met, as well as providing support in the contract negotiations with vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and influence project participants and mentor others to drive team participation.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and providers.
• Ensures the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse project stakeholders by building rapport with stakeholder teams, third party vendors, and management
• Monitor adherence of project activities to policies and procedures by ensuring project plans and team members follow Kaiser Permanente departmental and business line policies and procedures.
• Pursue effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members.
• Execute complex projects with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project management operations and tools.
• Identify and propose additional needs for project governance metrics and reporting.
• Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. PMP preferred.
• 2 or more years’ experience managing complex projects.
• Detail oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills required.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and implementing data extracts with providers preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage time across multiple tasks while working individually or as a project leader of a cross-functional team.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience r with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Project Management.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
