E-commerce Marketing Coordinator

About Primally Pure:

Primally Pure is a leading skincare brand committed to providing natural, effective, and sustainable products. We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing role.
  • Experience working in Shopify, including product pages, content uploads, theme editing, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new platforms and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (A self-starter but a team player!)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Management:
  • Manage product pages, content uploads, and minor theme edits within the Shopify platform.
  • Export and reports to help track ecommerce performance.
  • Utilize Rebuy, Recharge, loyalty, and reviews platforms (e.g., Yotpo).
  • Experience with Tapcart is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and a willingness to learn new platforms and apps.
  • Basic understanding of HTML code is beneficial.
  • Coordinate app development and integrations with ecommerce and agency partners.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Create and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Build and segment email lists.
  • Test and schedule email sends.
  • Design and Content:
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Resize imagery, add text overlays, and export in various formats for website and app elements.
  • Organize and collect content from photoshoots and influencers for website updates.
  • Assist with naming and organizing content for efficient use.
  • Product Page Management:
  • Make minor updates to product descriptions, ingredients, and photography.
  • Add elements to pages, such as video tutorials, routine guides, and more.
  • Understand Shopify templates and have some metafield and metaobject experience for effective page customization.
  • On-Site Experiences:
  • Assist with setting up and updating quiz experiences.
  • Optimize post-quiz experiences and flows.
  • Test and ensure the smooth functioning of promotional setups.
  • Mobile App Development and Maintenance:
  • Contribute to app development by attending meetings and organizing assets.
  • Schedule and test push notifications.
  • Visual Assets and Design:
  • Resize and upload photo and video content to product pages, ingredient highlights, and collection pages in Shopify.
  • Assist with mood boards and web inspiration for page designs.
  • Outline landing page designs and gather examples.
  • Reviews and Loyalty:
  • Create and update UGC collections for product pages.
  • Analyze loyalty and review performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Content Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Organize and share assets with agency partners.
  • Follow up on asset and copy requests.
  • Email, SMS, and App Notifications:
  • Assist with scheduling and set up of loyalty gifts, rewards, and perks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
