About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies that span digital, print, social, and in-office campaigns. This pivotal role also ensures brand consistency, supports patient acquisition and retention, and leads a talented marketing team across multiple practice locations.


What You'll Do:

  1. Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
  2. Manage brand voice and consistency across all internal and external touchpoints
  3. Lead the creation of high-impact content—web, email, social, print, and more
  4. Oversee social media strategy and content calendar
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  6. Analyze data and KPIs to continuously improve marketing efforts
  7. Develop SOPs and ensure operational excellence
  8. Mentor and lead a dynamic marketing team

  1. The salary range posted for this position is the national average, however, actual compensation may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.



What We're Looking For:

  1. 6+ years of experience in marketing communications or operations (healthcare or multi-location services preferred)
  2. Strong project management and leadership skills
  3. Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities
  4. Proficiency with CRM tools, CMS platforms, email marketing, and social media tools
  5. A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive independently or remotely
