The Paid Search Strategist is a mid-level position within the Paid Advertising team at 829 Studios. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for medium to enterprise-level clients. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who communicates effectively, manages time efficiently, and consistently delivers high-quality work. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, execute campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strong results. What You'll Do

  1. Develop, execute, and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns simultaneously for a portfolio of mid-sized to enterprise clients.
  2. Track and optimize campaign performance based on client goals, conversions, and key events.
  3. Provide regular updates and strategic insights to clients regarding their digital initiatives.
  4. Create and present deliverables, from project kickoff materials to ongoing performance reports.
  5. Advise clients on digital advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert and technical resource for colleagues across departments.

What You'll Bring

  1. 4+ years of experience managing paid advertising programs.
  2. Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  3. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  4. Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot Analytics, or similar tools.
  5. Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion best practices.
  6. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
  7. Experience implementing pixel tracking and managing conversions via Google Tag Manager or comparable tools.
  8. Experience with reporting platforms such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks, or similar solutions.
  9. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  10. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  12. Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves include familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS, Bing Ads certifications, programmatic advertising experience, and experience mentoring junior team members.

Salary Range

$70,000–$80,000
