WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This UI - UX Developer position owns the front-end lifecycle-not just coding screens, but shaping the architecture that supports them. Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing high-performance, scalable front-end applications for our HR and payroll platform.
2. Owning front-end architecture for key functions with long-term scalability in mind.
3. Building reusable UI components, design systems, and frameworks.
4. Collaborating with Product, UX, and Backend teams from concept to launch.
5. Translating prototypes and concepts into polished, user-focused interfaces.
6. Ensuring top-tier code quality through testing, debugging, and peer reviews.
7. Contributing to technical discussions and architecture improvements.
8. Researching and integrating emerging front-end technologies for better performance and usability.
9. Supporting creation of AI-enhanced interfaces and intelligent user flows.

What You'll Need:

1. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web tooling
2. Experience delivering responsive, accessible, production-grade web applications
3. Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
4. Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and experience building from wireframes and design mockups
5. Creative yet strategic problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred (not required):

1. Experience using Figma or similar design tools
2. Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
3. Experience with version control tools such as Git or P4V
4. Exposure to C# and .NET environments
5. Flutter experience for cross-platform development
6. Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling
7. Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows, automation, or intelligent UI patterns
8. Interest in or prior exposure to SaaS, HR technology, or payroll systems
