Trident has been retained by a leading identity security company who is building a secure, privacy-preserving identity layer for the next generation of AI systems, enabling seamless user experiences and phishing-resistant solutions for large financial and payment organizations.

The Role

We are seeking a Founding Solutions Engineer to support initiatives from initial technical discovery through production implementation. You will collaborate closely with sales, customers, and the core engineering team to design solutions, run proofs of concept, and ensure successful production rollouts.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with Sales to support technical discovery, demos, and solution design
2. Lead proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot deployments for prospective and existing customers
3. Design and implement production integrations for enterprise customers
4. Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans
5. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live production systems
7. Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and implementation materials
8. Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in engineering, solutions engineering, or sales engineering roles
2. 2+ years of experience in identity, authentication, or security-related systems
3. Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
4. Proven ability to design and deliver technical solutions for enterprise customers
