Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible to lead the marketing strategy and execution across multiple business entities within our company footprint. Each entity operates as a distinct brand with its own marketing needs, and this role will be responsible for creating tailored strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This position will manage a variety of marketing channels, including digital, content, product promotions, and partnerships, ensuring a cohesive approach while respecting the individuality of each brand. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Multi-Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each business entity, ensuring that each brand has a clear, differentiated voice while aligning with overall company goals.
  2. Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
  3. Brand Positioning & Messaging: Collaborate with leadership to define and refine brand positioning for each entity, ensuring consistent and effective messaging that resonates with each target audience.
  4. Product Launches & Promotions: Work closely with product development to create and execute marketing strategies for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations across all brands.
  5. Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content (social media posts, blogs, videos, email newsletters) that supports each brand’s voice and connects with its audience.
  6. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across all entities. Use data and insights to optimize strategies, adjust messaging, and improve overall ROI.
  7. Cross-Entity Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, design) to ensure consistent execution of marketing campaigns and alignment of goals across multiple entities.
  8. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity, using insights to inform strategy and positioning across entities.

 

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the CPG or natural food industry.
  2. Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, email campaigns, social media, and performance analytics.
  3. Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive results.
  4. Ability to manage and prioritize marketing initiatives for multiple business entities simultaneously.
  5. Strong project management skills and a track record of successfully managing complex campaigns from start to finish.
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience working across teams and stakeholders.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
  8. Passion for natural foods, sustainability, and wellness.
  9. Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is a plus
