The Team You’ll Join: You’ll join the Marketing team at Veris Insights, a high-impact function responsible for translating deep labor market research into compelling, executive-ready content. Marketing works closely with Growth, Research, and Product to build our brand, educate the market, and support both demand generation and member value across University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition audiences.

How You’ll Grow: As a Marketing Associate, you’ll take ownership of key content and creative channels while sharpening your executive-level copywriting, multi-channel storytelling, and strategic marketing execution skills. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the recruiting landscape, gain exposure to senior talent leaders, and play a visible role in shaping how Veris Insights shows up in the market.

Key Responsibilities: Executive-Facing Copywriting & Content

  1. Write several high-quality blogs per month for University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition leaders
  2. Translate research insights into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive audiences
  3. Maintain a consistent Veris Insights voice across long-form and short-form content
  4. Own copy for LinkedIn newsletters, paid media assets, and campaign messaging


Key Responsibilities: Organic Social & Multimedia

  1. Own Veris Insights’ organic social presence and editorial calendar with a primary focus on LinkedIn
  2. Produce content for key thought leaders within the firm on a monthly basis
  3. Develop social copy, captions, and posting strategy aligned to brand and audience goals
  4. Create and manage multimedia content including graphics, short-form video, and carousels
  5. Track performance and report on engagement, growth, and content effectiveness


Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Asset Execution

  1. Execute creative and copy for paid media campaigns across channels, primarily LinkedIn Ads
  2. Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate strategy into high-performing assets
  3. Iterate on messaging and creative based on performance insights


Key Responsibilities: Email & Marketing Operations Support

  1. Format and publish HTML emails, newsletters, and campaign sends
  2. Own formatting and zero-defect checks of monthly newsletters
  3. Work within HubSpot and SendGrid to support email execution and QA


Key Responsibilities: Design & Content Formatting

  1. Design and format marketing and product content including decks, presentations, and event materials
  2. Support visual storytelling across research launches, campaigns, and member-facing content
  3. Ensure all assets meet brand standards and are executive-ready


The Requirements:

  1. 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or multi-channel marketing
  2. Strong executive-facing writing skills with a B2B audience
  3. Demonstrated experience with organic social media (especially LinkedIn)
  4. Graphic design experience for marketing and presentation materials
  5. Familiarity with HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar marketing tools
  6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously


The Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Experience in talent acquisition, HR tech, or B2B research-driven marketing
  2. Video editing or motion/short-form video experience
  3. Experience supporting paid media campaigns
  4. Basic understanding of SEO best practices


The Compensation & Benefits Package:

  1. Salary: $65,000-$72,500 annually, depending on experience
  2. Location: Remote-first within the U.S., with occasional travel to Washington, DC for in-person collaboration, team off-sites, or strategic planning
  3. Time Off: Unlimited PTO, plus monthly mental health days
  4. Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a $1,000 annual wellness stipend
  5. Retirement: 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
  6. Family Support: Paid parental leave
  7. Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider OPT/CPT holders.
