About the Job
The company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to help build and manage cloud systems, automation tools, and software deployment processes. You will work with developers and technical teams to keep systems secure, reliable, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Build and improve cloud and automation systems.
- Create tools and scripts to automate tasks and deployments.
- Help manage APIs, applications, and microservices.
- Work with development teams to improve workflows and system performance.
- Suggest improvements for security and infrastructure.
- Support important systems and help solve technical issues when needed.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage DevOps tools and deployment pipelines.
- Maintain CI/CD systems using tools like GitLab or Bamboo.
- Support software deployments for different teams.
- Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters.
- Maintain container-based applications using Docker or similar tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology or a similar field.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab or Bamboo.
- Experience with automation and software delivery processes.
- Experience managing Kubernetes environments.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Good scripting skills in Bash.
- Experience supporting system reliability and handling technical support tasks.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
Preferred Skills
- Degree in a related field or similar work experience.
- More experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.
- Leadership or team management experience.
- Knowledge of Python or Terraform.
