We are seeking a highly skilled, fully qualified, and experienced Information Technology (IT) Supervisor/Manager to manage the company’s IT requirements. The ideal candidate possesses the skills needed to work remotely and has a strong IT background with a focus on Microsoft cloud-based information technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Work directly with our current network provider
· Review network architecture and make optimization recommendations
· Research, recommend, and develop a path to Microsoft cloud-based solutions
· Manage Azure Entra and Azure Domain
· Manage server updates and security patches
· Work with interface partners on network connectivity
· Work with customers on VPN, IPSec, and API connectivity
· Review and recommend Disaster Recovery plans and implementation management
· Control and manage Office 365 environment in a cost-effective manner
· Research and perform Sharepoint migration and security
· Manage all internal employee accounts (new & terminations), passwords, and anti-virus scans
· Manage and administer all third-party software
· Create a Customer Data Archiving strategy and implement it
· Work with Security Officer to provide security/compliance reports for internal services
· Communicate with Development Team effectively
· Work closely with other Departments on all related IT issues
· Optimize and document all IT processes creating appropriate Standard Operating Procedures
· Server updates and security patches
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Proficient in deploying, configuring, and administering Windows Server environments, including management of files, servers, and storage.
· Experienced in implementing and operating hybrid networking infrastructures, with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
· Skilled in configuring and managing virtual networks, particularly within Azure, including subnet configuration using CIDR notation and network security measures.
· Capable of securing Windows Server on-premises and hybrid infrastructures, conducting threat modeling, and managing security operations within Azure.
· Knowledgeable in identity management, including the deployment and management of Active Directory Domain Services and Azure Active Directory environments.
· Proficient in implementing disaster recovery and high availability strategies for Windows Server in both on-premises and hybrid scenarios.
· Familiar with Microsoft 365, Teams, and the utilization of Microsoft Copilot for enhancing productivity and collaboration within modern workspaces.
· Continuous learning and skill development through participation in Microsoft Technical Takeoff, Microsoft Ignite, and other relevant training and certification programs.
· Ability to engage with customers, participate in company culture, and access training to further grow skills and stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies
· Researching and understanding HIPAA and HITECH IT security deployment
· Experience with SQL and database design
· Strong problem-solving and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Accepts challenges and shares knowledge with others
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
