Job Summary
Hub City Media is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy. This role will directly manage programs across digital marketing, content, social media, SEO, partner marketing, events, and future product marketing — driving brand leadership, demand generation, and business growth for Hub City Media’s professional services offerings (including Managed Support Services) and emerging product line.
The Head of Marketing will collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Partners and will be accountable for delivering measurable marketing outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring creativity, initiative, and strong execution capabilities across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Design and own a forward-thinking, integrated marketing strategy aligned with Hub City Media’s business goals — driving brand growth, market differentiation, and multi-industry visibility.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that anticipate industry trends and position the company as a market leader, avoiding a task-oriented approach.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Report regularly to Executive Leadership on marketing outcomes.
Brand Development & Thought Leadership
- Elevate brand recognition through innovative campaigns, thought leadership, and targeted outreach to establish Hub City Media as a trusted leader in identity security consulting.
- Shape and maintain consistent brand positioning across digital, content, social, partner, and event channels.
- Develop marketing content — including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, presentations, and partner-aligned materials — to establish Hub City Media as a thought leader.
- Support sales enablement and client engagement through content-driven campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Build and execute full-funnel marketing programs across SEO, paid media, ABM, email marketing, social media, and webinars — with a focus on pipeline growth and measurable results.
- Manage Hub City Media’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others), driving engagement and market visibility.
- Oversee website content and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner priorities.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), Google Analytics, and other tools to track performance and optimize results.
Partner & Event Marketing
- Manage joint marketing initiatives with key partners (Ping, Delinea), supporting shared Go-to-Market programs and partner alignment.
- Lead participation in industry events, partner conferences, and QBRs, fostering relationships and promoting brand visibility.
Product Marketing
- Support future product launch planning and go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral.
Market Insights & Analysis
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform marketing strategy.
- Monitor trends in identity security, PAM, CIAM, managed services, and related sectors to anticipate market needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to create compelling customer presentations, corporate updates, and marketing collateral to support business development and client engagements.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing with business goals and client needs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on marketing experience in professional services, cybersecurity consulting, or technology services.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and market leadership.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media, demand generation, and content marketing.
- Experience with partner marketing and joint Go-to-Market programs.
- Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
- Skilled in design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar.
- Strong writing, content development, project management, and organizational skills.
- Highly analytical — able to define, track, and optimize marketing performance metrics.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong “go-getter” mindset — proactive, resourceful, and driven to deliver measurable results.
- Willingness to travel approximately 1–10% for events and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Product marketing experience (supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives).
- Experience marketing both professional services and software products.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and tools.
- Experience with video content creation and light video editing.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80K–$150K (depending on experience)
- Flexible hybrid or remote work (NJ or US-based)
