We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is passionate about bold storytelling, energized by tech, and driven to make a difference. If you're a bold B2C content marketer who moves fast, leverages AI to scale ideas, and wants to help shape the future of education — this role is for you.


What you’ll do:


As our Senior Content Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in brand building and learner acquisition through strategic, creative, and bold content marketing.


  1. Execute content marketing across multiple channels — including blog, social, email, web, and more
  2. Create engaging, persuasive, and learner-focused content that drives conversions and builds brand trust
  3. Lead on building the most innovative social media presence across US higher education
  4. Manage and optimize content workflows using HubSpot CRM and CMS
  5. Partner with performance marketing, design, and product teams to craft cohesive campaigns
  6. Lead on creating bold and innovative lead magnets
  7. Co-own content calendar management and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  8. Ideate on content experiments to drive organic growth


Who you are


You’re not just a content marketer — you’re a creative, a technologist, and a builder not afraid to disrupt status quo.


  1. 5+ years of B2C content marketing experience, in a tech startup or digital-first brand
  2. Highly comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and creativity
  3. Expert in HubSpot CRM and CMS – including content personalization, segmentation, and automation
  4. A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and tone
  5. Exceptionally organized — you manage multiple projects like a pro
  6. Thrive in fast-paced environments and are energized by change
  7. Deeply mission-aligned — you want your work to have a positive global impact
