Job Title: Senior Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote in USA

Duration: 12 Months Contract

About the Role:

As a Senior Fullstack Developer with backend focus, you'll contribute to a high-impact business platform working within a collaborative team, you'll implement backend services, integrate systems, and build full-stack features using modern technologies. You'll work extensively with engineering teams across the organization, taking initiative to solve complex problems with available resources. This role offers cutting-edge technology exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful contribution to a widely-used enterprise platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement backend services and system integrations
2. Build full-stack features using React and Python
3. Collaborate across engineering teams to leverage existing services
4. Take initiative on creative problem-solving approaches
5. Maintain code quality and system performance

Required Skills:

1. 4+ years fullstack experience with backend focus
2. Proficient in Python, React, TypeScript, and gRPC
3. Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
4. Experience with build systems and static type checking
5. Driven problem solver who works well independently and with strong initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with enterprise software or business application development
2. Background in performance optimization and scalability challenges
3. Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
4. Experience with Bazel build system and Python type checking with Mypy
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
