Job Title: Sharepoint Developer

Duration: 6+ months

Pay: $50-75/hr

We’re looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer (3–5 years) to own and lead the customization and revamp of our SharePoint site. This is a short-term, remote contract role through December, supporting a team of 11–12 people across multiple workstreams.

You’ll be the primary SharePoint expert—responsible for taking high-level ideas and turning them into functional, intuitive SharePoint experiences. We’re not handing you wireframes. We’re looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, working through ambiguity, and iterating on ideas to bring solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the redesign and customization of our SharePoint Online environment
2. Translate evolving team needs into effective SharePoint solutions
3. Build user-friendly pages, navigation, and internal feedback loops
4. Work closely with team members who may present ideas—not detailed specs
5. Iterate and improve pages as team needs shift or grow

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

1. 3–5 years of SharePoint development and customization experience (SharePoint Online preferred)
2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to self-direct within an ambiguous environment
3. Comfort being the go-to SharePoint resource for the team
4. Great communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

1. Basic video editing or multimedia skills (e.g., embedding training videos, creating graphics)
2. Experience making SharePoint content more visual and engaging
