We are currently looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join our team in Seattle, WA, Madison, WI, or Washington, DC. This is a remote position.
About the Role
As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the engineering platform of the future by developing web applications and internal tools used by engineering professionals. You will have the opportunity to drive innovation and improve technology adoption in the building design industry.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic developer with experience in front-end and back-end development, cloud technologies, and modern web frameworks.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications.
- Developing and optimizing GraphQL APIs for high-performance applications.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business requirements into functional applications.
- Managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and develop specifications for web-based applications.
- Design and develop client-side and server-side applications.
- Provide technical assistance to web administrators.
- Write test plans and conduct quality assurance testing.
- Manage databases, ensuring security, integrity, and availability.
- Monitor and maintain company cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Support microservice architecture-based application development.
- Debug and resolve software and database issues.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
- Proficiency in React, Apollo/Relay, and GraphQL.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Experience developing PostgreSQL or equivalent database systems.
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with JavaScript visualization libraries (d3.js, Antv, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with MIRO for architectural and design concepts.
- Experience deploying and monitoring applications in Microsoft Azure.

Competitive salary: $140,000 - $145,000 + year-end bonus.
