Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex Teamcenter Migration projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project goals are met.
- Design and implement Teamcenter solutions involving various BOM types, including Requirement BOM, Design BOM, EBOM, and MBOM, ensuring seamless data transfer, integrity, and usability.
- Configure and customize Teamcenter modules including Structure Manager, BMIDE, and Manufacturing to align with business requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Teamcenter with CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks) and other downstream systems, ensuring data consistency and synchronization.
- Utilize Teamcenter Migration tools, ITKs, SOAs, and scripting languages to streamline data migration processes and automate workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and integration, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Support and troubleshoot existing Teamcenter configurations and integrations, providing technical expertise for system improvements and upgrades.
- Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to implement AWC configuration and support the latest Teamcenter versions.
- Contribute to the configuration and deployment of Teamcenter Dispatcher, T4EA, and multi-site configurations.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to Teamcenter performance, scalability, and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working with Teamcenter, with a focus on migration, architecture, and integration.
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as Structure Manager, BMIDE, and Manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing complex Teamcenter Migration projects with a focus on data integrity and smooth transition of legacy data to Teamcenter.
- Extensive experience working with various BOM types (e.g., Requirement BOM, Design BOM, EBOM, MBOM).
- Hands-on expertise in Teamcenter ITKs, SOAs, scripting languages, and Migration tools to automate processes and drive efficiency.
- Experience with CAD integrations within Teamcenter, including downstream system integrations.
- Strong familiarity with AWC configuration and exposure to the latest Teamcenter versions.
- Exposure to Teamcenter configurations involving Dispatcher, T4EA, multi-site setups, and their associated challenges.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Teamcenter Cloud deployments or integration with cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of PLM methodologies and best practices within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Certifications related to Teamcenter or PLM solutions.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $68000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $129,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
