Job Description: Freelance Translator Location: Remote Company: Level Infinite, Tencent ILC (Infinite Localization Center) About Us: The ILC is dedicated to content localization for Tencent Games Global, having successfully localized over 50 games, including popular titles such as Assassin's Creed Jade, V Rising, Call of Duty Mobile, Honor of Kings, PUBG Mobile, and Nikke. We are continuously expanding our portfolio with more exciting projects on the horizon. Job Overview: We are currently seeking long-term freelance translators for various language pairs. Ideal candidates will possess a range of localization skills, including but not limited to translation, proofreading, and Localization Quality Assurance (LQA). Responsibilities: * Translate and localize content accurately and effectively across various platforms and formats. * Proofread and edit translations to ensure high quality and consistency. * Conduct LQA to assess the quality of localized content. * Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and project requirements. * Maintain a high level of cultural and contextual understanding of the target language. Qualifications: * Proven experience in translation and localization, preferably in the gaming industry. * Proficiency in at least one of the specified language pairs. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. * Familiarity with localization tools and software is a plus.
