ASAP Semiconductor is seeking an experienced and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and content/marketing departments to create strategic and personalized email campaigns targeting customers who have previously shopped with us or expressed interest in specific parts related to their end-assets. This role involves leveraging ERP and CRM system data, along with in-depth customer profiles generated by the sales team, to ensure each email campaign is relevant to the customer’s unique needs and optimized for maximum engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for each customer account and point of tact within.
• Create email campaigns based on in-depth research and customer profiles created by our sales team, including data on previous RFQs, past purchased parts, social media insights, and other publicly available information.
• Collaborate with sales and content/marketing teams to create and execute messaging and strategy for each email campaign.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance with the marketing team, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
• Manage email marketing automation tools and processes to optimize efficiency and scale.

Education/Experience:

• A four-year college degree is preferred. Other education or certifications in relative industries that demonstrate a strong marketing background is also beneficial.
