Greenwich Electric’s Junior Electrical Estimator isresponsible for reviewing, estimating and preparing electrical quotes andproposals and implementing measures to increase the Company’s effectiveness andefficiency.

Main Objectives ofJr. Estimator
Responsibilities
·Business Process Analysis and Documentation: Research, analyze, and documentthe estimating process at Greenwich Electric, finding ways to be more efficientand profitable. This involves conducting meetings with critical members of the GreenwichElectric Management team to discuss bidding strategy and targets.
· Identify Solutions forImprovement in the Organization: Through process analysis, this individualshall determine areas of potential improvement in terms of efficiency and Companyeffectiveness, then develop appropriate solutions.
· Strategic Guidance:Develop strategic direction analysis for Greenwich Electric as an organization.Make recommendations as to courses of action in terms of strategy for allsectors of the company.
· ToolAnalysis: Research potential tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness ofthe business processes. Tool analysis and development should be executedclosely with both Software Development
·Information Dissemination: Develop and Facilitate high-quality andhigh-frequency communications throughout the Company. Investigate and implementtools to achieve these goals.
·Company “Handyman”: Act as an internal consultant to help multiple persons anddepartments within the organization develop programs and solutions to enhanceefficient and/or effectiveness.
·Training/Mentoring: Promote the professional growth of the team. Continuallypursue opportunities for personal career/training development.
·Recruiting: Continually seek and refer potential employees to GreenwichElectric’s management team.
·Industry Awareness: Continually seek industry and market information to provideGreenwich Electric with the information necessary for successful businessdevelopment.
Qualifications/Skills Expected of Position

Reporting
The Jr. Electrical Estimator reports to the Chief Estimator.
SupervisoryRequirements
The Jr. Electrical Estimator does not have directsupervisory responsibility at this time.

The Electrical Estimator’s success is measured by thefollowing criteria:
1. Ability to start and manage projects without guidancefrom management.
2. Development of process and tools that streamlineoperations and cut costs.
3. Propensity to bring answers to the table and implementsolutions quickly.
